Shipping
All KOWA orders are shipped from South Korea.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include transit time.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other regions: delivery times vary by destination
Shipping availability and cost are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers or other circumstances outside KOWA's control.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
Returns
KOWA accepts eligible returns under its standard voluntary return policy within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Where applicable consumer law provides a longer cancellation, withdrawal, return or refund right, that statutory right applies instead. Pasted markdown
For a standard return, items must remain in their original condition, with original tags and supplied components intact. Reasonable try-on for fit is permitted. Pasted markdown
For change-of-mind, fit, size or preference-based returns, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Pasted markdown
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact KOWA so the issue can be assessed. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected. Pasted markdown
Exchanges
KOWA does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If another size or item is required, return the original item in accordance with the return policy and place a new order separately. Availability cannot be guaranteed. Pasted markdown

Refunds
Once a return is received, KOWA will inspect the item and process the applicable refund.
