Cut with room through the body and sleeves to accommodate lightweight knitwear, a sweatshirt or hoodie underneath. The length remains compact to balance the additional storage volume.

Designed to be worn over a T-shirt or mid-layer, or beneath roomier outerwear in colder conditions.

Fabric & Care

100% cotton denim. Pre-washed.

Professional dry cleaning is recommended.

If washing is necessary, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, separately from light-colored garments, and use a laundry net. Turn inside out and close all fasteners before washing. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Line dry in shade. Iron at medium temperature.

DEVELOPED IN TRANSIT

Each sample was tested through daily routines, public transport, airports and extended walks across different cities. Pocket placement, openings and proportions were refined through actual use.

The final design retains what proved useful and removes what did not.

HORIZONTAL ACCESS

Unlike conventional top-entry pockets, the chest flap opens horizontally, allowing the hand to approach from the side.
A central pull tab and hook-and-loop closure provide quick access, while a separate zipped compartment keeps other essentials securely stored.

CARRY CLOSE TO THE BODY

During transit, frequently used essentials need to remain within reach.

The Transit Shirt Jacket keeps these objects close to the torso, with different pocket openings and closures designed for quick access or more secure storage.

BEYOND ESSENTIALS

Two internal A4 compartments keep these items flat and organized, even when lighter clothing offers limited storage.
